1-11-07 All is not Roses
I have enemies at work. Of course as Kris says, "that is one of the sad things about working with women". Men just tell it like it is, and women have to be catty and draw things out. Well, I am about the patients and that to me is what matters. If I was in their shoes (beds) I wouldn't want someone coming in to my room while I was trying to sleep to refill my ice water! All I can say is that when I deliver, I am going to be the patient that you never want to have! If I get a CNA that I don't want, I will let them know! I will request that the nurses tend to me and that is that!
On to brighter things...
The pregnancy is going much better. I am out of the "cravings" which really limited my intake. The nausea is starting to go away as I am approaching week 12 this coming Monday. I am getting a little more energy the past few days. I stayed up for 24 hours yesterday/day before and slept last night so should be up for the rest of the day with exception of a nap later. Soup is on the stove so the house will smell awesome and if I feel like it, I will make some Gingerbread or Pumpkin bread. Since it snowed last night is will snow all day, it just makes staying in that much easier.
Well, off to finish laundry and finish Thank You cards, and maybe even finish a knitting project or two.
Until next blog......
